Combating Anxiety

Outline for Combating Anxiety daily-

  • Stay off social media.
  • Pray and think of something to be thankful for.
    • Don’t lay in bed get up and start your day.
  • Keep moving throughout your day.  Do something active- gym, going for a walk, get blood moving throughout your body. Get fresh air.  Call an old friend and or family member.
  • Go for an adventure.  Explore new trails, go for a hike, take a bike ride.
  • Eat whole and health foods throughout the day.
  • Abstain from all illicit drugs and narcotics.
  • Journal your thoughts. Believe in yourself. 
  • If necessary, seek professional counseling.
  • Surround yourself with positive people who strive to be happy.
  • Volunteer in your community.
