Outline for Combating Anxiety daily-
- Stay off social media.
- Pray and think of something to be thankful for.
- Don’t lay in bed get up and start your day.
- Keep moving throughout your day. Do something active- gym, going for a walk, get blood moving throughout your body. Get fresh air. Call an old friend and or family member.
- Go for an adventure. Explore new trails, go for a hike, take a bike ride.
- Eat whole and health foods throughout the day.
- Abstain from all illicit drugs and narcotics.
- Journal your thoughts. Believe in yourself.
- If necessary, seek professional counseling.
- Surround yourself with positive people who strive to be happy.
- Volunteer in your community.
